My Story
I help SaaS CEOs and their investors build category-leading companies. With more than 20 years in product, go-to-market, and company building—as a CPO, board member, and VC General Partner—I bring a rare combination of operating depth and investing insight, with a transatlantic perspective that’s unique in today’s European SaaS market.
Over the past two decades, I’ve helped build, scale, and transform B2B SaaS companies in leadership roles across product and go-to-market. As a serial Chief Product Officer, I led product strategy and innovation from inception through scale to high-profile exit. I built European operations from the ground up—starting with the first customer and hire and growing them into thriving 50-person businesses.
Product and go-to-market are my core strengths. In addition to product vision and management, I’ve led presales and sales enablement teams and driven product and industry marketing with passion and clarity. I know how to position a solution, build what matters, and align teams behind a compelling value proposition.
As a VC General Partner, I screened hundreds of SaaS companies, developed strong pattern recognition, and led multiple Series A investments. I served on boards as a thoughtful partner to founders and CEOs and worked with them through inflection points—navigating growth, fundraising, and exits.
Throughout my career, I’ve been hands-on, pragmatic, and focused on impact. Steeped in Silicon Valley’s product culture and deeply rooted in the European SaaS ecosystem, I bring a rare transatlantic perspective, network, and cultural fluency.
